Bible Reading from Last Night

So I crashed after my reading last night and didn't post about it.  My reading this time was Genesis Chapter 21-28.  Chapters were a bit long this time so didn't get through 10 like I wanted.
Chapter 21 started with the birth of Isaac to Sarah and Abraham.  HE had waited for a child so many years, even committed adultery on his wife's request, to have a son and then the Lord asked him to sacrifice his son.  Abraham agrees without question.  The point being follow the word of the Lord without question.  We question to many things the Lord directs us to do.  This, I believe is a crucial problem with mankind, is because of the influence of man over the years.  Sarah passes on and Abraham directs his servant to find his son a wife.  They find Rebekah.  Love the spelling of this by the way.  Rebekah became pregnant with twins.  The Lord directed one will rule the other.  Esau and Jacob were the boys and Jacob would deceive his father and brother to steal a blessing from their aging father.  Through Chapter 28 it really doesn't seem to have many other significant points. It talks mainly about splitting of the family and each son going separate ways.
